Perfect stay! Location perfect to enjoy city.
Positive: Location, confort and cleaness.
Negative: Difficulties to find a parking slot.

Ground floor apartment
Positive: Clean room, fridge and kitchen amenities, nespresso coffee machine
Great location near City of Arts and Sciences, good supermarket nearby, plenty cafes around and quiet neighbourhood
Negative: Apartment are on the ground floor and trash bin just after your door. It means the noise from the street, machines, and people who drop their trash.
If you have a chance to get apartment with balcony — take this, it's 10/10 i suppose.
If not — just think about all that stuff above, some people dosent pay attention to this (not me)
